[Hunan cuisine] home style spicy tofu

This dish is the most homely and delicious. It is suitable for friends who are spicy but not spicy and do not eat pepper. A friend who likes tofu is definitely his favorite.

Main Ingredients

Old Tofu 500g

Auxiliary Ingredients

chopped pepper 100g

Step 1 . Soak the tofu in water for a while to remove the beany smell.

Step 2 . Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Step 3 . Heat the oil in the pan and fry the bean curd.

Step 4 . Pan fry tofu until both sides are golden. Remove and drain.

Step 5 . Chop ginger and garlic, chop pepper and get ready.

Step 6 . Heat up the oil in the pot, add ginger, garlic, chop chilli and stir until fragrant.

Step 7 . Stir fry the bean curd.

Step 8 . Season with salt. (The pickled chopped pepper is salty. Add less salt.)

Step 9 . Add soy sauce and stir fry until tasty.

Step 10 . Pour in a little water and boil.

Step 11 . Stir in chicken powder and serve.
